Fishing Junks to supply an import manifest showing quantity and

value of fish on board.

Certificate of Registry to be kept by the Officer in charge

until clearance is applied for by the Master.

The Certificate of Registry to be exchanged for an export

manifest showing destination of Junk, Cargo on board, number of packages with their contents and weight. (page

The Officer to see that the Certificate of Registry has been

duly endorsed by the Chinese Customs Station passed en

route,

and he is to endorse the Junk Pass Book when clear-

-ance is issued.

All Import and Export Manifests to be sent in monthly to

Harbour Office with arrivals and departures of all Junks. Ballast to be noted against Junks entering or clearing.

Steamers to be centralised under the Superintendent of Imports and Exports leaving to the Harbour Master the control of shipping as far as the Harbour Regulations, Maritime Laws and other technical
